Sometimes, chance encounters lead to extraordinary opportunities. For Emma, a busy mom and entrepreneur, her journey with NYH Group began when she spotted an ad for the Contemporary Residence on Facebook. "It was around Christmas two years ago when I saw an ad featuring the show home in Doncaster and immediately loved the design," she recalls. After a conversation with NYH Group's Design Manager, felt confident in her decision.

The Contemporary Residence, one of NYH Groups’ most popular designs, was the perfect fit for Emma's family. “Aside from a few minor adjustments, we decided to replicate the Doncaster show home—it was nearly perfect as is,” she says. Emma customized her home by selecting options from the Design Suite, like adding ensuites to each bedroom. She describes the floorplan as "fantastic," balancing comfort with practicality.

Designed as an affordable solution for those looking to knock down and rebuild, the Contemporary Residence was ideal for Emma’s needs. "The design fit within our budget, and we managed to stay on budget even with a few adjustments," she shares.
